Are your pieces handmade?
Yes! Every piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted by me in my home studio. Because each item is made by hand, small variations in texture or shape make every piece one of a kind.
What materials do you use?
I primarily work with brass, sterling silver, and gold-plated metals, along with an assortment of upcycled gemstones and beads. Each listing includes details about the materials used for that particular piece.
Is your jewelry nickel free?
I do not intentionally use nickel in my designs. However, because I work from a small home studio and source materials from various suppliers, I can’t guarantee that my jewelry is 100% nickel free.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best:
- Store it in a dry place, away from humidity.
- Avoid contact with water, lotions, and perfumes.
- Gently polish with a soft jewelry cloth to restore shine.
- Chemical polishing products like Brasso and silver polish can be purchased from most grocery and hardware stores. When using follow instructions provided on the product label.
Do you offer repairs?
If your piece arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it via the Contact page on our website, or by emailing wornwisdomjewelry@gmail.com. We're happy to discuss repair options or a replacement when possible.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order through the Contact page on our website. We will work to quickly resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct item.
We do not accept returns on made-to-order or personalized items.
If you are unhappy with your order for any other reason, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is for you to love your experience with Worn Wisdom, and we will do our best to find a solution that works for you.

How long will my order take to ship?
For ready-to-ship items, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. For made-to-order items, please allow 2–3 weeks for processing. If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, all items will ship together within the 2–3 week timeframe. You’ll receive an email when your order is on its way.
Do you make custom or personalized pieces?
Many of my designs can be personalized! Please check out our selection of pieces that can be personalized with your own message here. Right now I do not have the ability to accommodate fully custom designs.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Each order comes packaged in a simple, thoughtful box ready for gifting!
